Booking
All appointment moving forward will be booked with knowledge of a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If you choose to cancel your appointment the deposit is forfeited.
A 20% deposit charge of your selected service ( + 3% credit/debit processing fee) is required at the time of booking in order to secure your spot. (This will be applied to your appointment and you will be required to pay the remaining balance upon receiving the service).
Cancellations
​Clients must notify any scheduling changes 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or a 50% charge of the service will be charged to the card on file. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment by the end of the day you must prepay for your appointment and a 10% service fee will be added to the card on file.
No Show
If there is no contact between you and Evelyn Isabel Esthetics before the missed appointment, or less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be required to prepay for your next service.
